We’re proud to announcing United Bats, the new Swiss Electronic Music release, SEM 15, a special joint venture between owner label Andrea Festa and legendary Marco Repetto. Repetto is one of the greats of techno in the Nineties, active on cult labels like his Inzec and Axodya, or Rephlex (the label owned at the time by Aphex Twin), Delirium, Superstition, on his own or with acts like Synectics with partners like Stefan R Hu iesen. Andrea and Marco create in United Bats a raw and pulsating swiss techno jam building with bouncing bassdrums and adding liquid acid lines and Detroit strings. The result is an anthemic underground track that testify their style and their passion for the genre. Watch out, you can’t miss it!

The focus on electronic music of all kinds done by electronic producers from Switzerland was the label’s goal from the very beginning, and in the first three years of life this purpose was maintained with a deep range of different musical flavors. You can check them all in this compilation. You can go from Swiss electronic and techno maestro, Marco Repetto, and the best kept secret in Swizterland, Dan Più aka Intense Audio Vision, each one with three contributions that show their skills and sonic deepness, to newcomers like Bre:Del aka Brenno Della Vecchia and L’Kas with their mission into dub-techno territories, from the excellent soundtrackish mood of Walter Fini to DJ mavericks such as Lenny and Francesco aka L’N’F with a perfect demonstration of their tech-house madness. We’re very proud to present the new SEM release, a special joint venture between Detroit and Lugano. Inner Beauty by detroitian maestro Terrence Dixon, with its hypnotic, oscillating vibes, the psychedelic spoken voice and the skeletal rhythm, is an astounding masterpiece that was published for the first time in 2012 on AFR, the first label by Andrea Festa, and became rapidly a classic for all techno DJ’s, played also by Nina Kraviz in her 2015 Boiler Room in Edinburgh. Now we have this cult track in the Terrence Dixon original version, and in a new respectful remix made in Lugano by Andrea Festa that keeps the original structure using a groovey old-skool beat and working the sounds on a lower tone. Two versions that are perfect to mix creating a proper trippin’ flux.
